Information for patients

For the convenience of our patients, it is suggested that a specific appointment for examinations or consultations be scheduled ahead of time. When scheduling appointments one can use the published mobile or normal telephone numbers.

An examination usually lasts around 30 minutes. If necessary, additional tests are arranged and an appointment is made for a subsequent exam.
All procedures performed in the office are undertaken only after acquainting the patient with the necessity, nature, results and possible undesirable side effects related to the particular procedure. This makes an advance consultation, for which no additional cost is incurred, a necessity. At the time of the consultation the patient receives complete information on the cost of the service, as well as all alternative methods of solving the given problem.

Once acquainted with the conditions, indications and contraindications, the patient signs an affidavit of consent. For persons under the age of 18 years old, it is mandatory that a parent or guardian accompany them!
For all esthetic procedures (Botox, fillers, chemical peels, Mesotherapy) performed at Dermasense, pictures are made before and after the particular procedure for greater objectivity of the results attained. They are preserved in the file kept for each patient.
